A key feature of Black Opal is the ability to directly download controls following evaluation.  We provide a simple and efficient approach to output control solutions compatible with either hardware control or analytics.

Simply select a control and choose to download the solution which is best suited to your needs.  Once you have done so you will be prompted to select an output format.

The current version of Black Opal permits outputs to be downloaded in a sampled "Expanded" format  as a CSV file appropriate for hardware programming, or the OpenPulse JSON format.  We are in the process of expanding OpenPulse compatibility to include various multiqubit operations, but this feature is currently limited to single-qubit driven controls.

Details on the technical basis underpinning file formats and data formats is available through our technical documentation.
